NOTE: One can see there are several agencies or commissions that should be moved into the larger agencies and departments. And several should be deleted, like the foundations that should be a private enterprise. Like why do we have a commission for “America’s Heritage Abroad” as well as a Vietnam Education Foundation? Politicians keep wailing about the SSA being solvent in a few years. If we reduced the scope/size of government and reduce useless regulations the federal budget would improve.
