Celts and Norse: A Cultural Brotherhood

Alesia Vercingetorix Surrenders to Julius Caesar
I learned much about my maternal ancestry from our family historian, Charles Peek, and was surprised how far back into time he had been able to recover. It seems that the McBean, later shortened Bean, ancestry began in Scotland and Norse marriage. He traced McBean (or McBen) as far back as the clan was recorded fighting the English (Anglo-Saxon) with William Wallace in the 14th century. Researching the geographical area and other related people, it led me to find out that Norsemen (Vikings) had settled and taken wives in Scotland and Ireland as far back as the 8th century. Apparently, according to DNA and genealogical research, this mingling was not uncommon and also occurred between Germanic Celts in Europe and Pict/Celts of Britannia.

Bill of Rights - the Law of the Land

The states of the northeast coastal United States is collectively called New England, originally a part of the thirteen colonies that became united under one national flag and one constitution, but with separate state governments, have transcended into the reasons why an American revolution began.

The states that is the historical site of Minutemen, the Liberty Bell, the First Continental Congress, symbols of freedom and liberty, and the world role model of a constitutional republic. Where property rights, freedom of choice, and other liberties were hailed as a testament that government was 'For and By the People'; a limited government so as to retain those liberties and rights.
Today, one can visit those historical sites where revolution against tyranny began, where all of the individual liberties have fallen way to socialism, allowing the ruling class to become leadership of the welfare state. We celebrate Independence Day, but in reality they are celebrating 'Dependence Day' - living in a world of delusion.

Let's Talk About Our Government

Government, those that operate our government, in the past five decades has progressively become an increasingly unlimited government; and voters are going along with their agenda of progressive socialism; and while one particular political party is clearly guilty, the blame falls on both traditional two parties who hinder any third party to form to provide true reformation back to the constitutional republic that was created by the wise founders of the United States.

On the First Amendment, An Essay of Common Sense

A Madison County school board voted unanimously to alter a monument at the entrance of a Georgia high school football stadium in order to remove biblical scripture. The monument was erected in August and two different groups sent letters to the school stating that the monument violates the separation of church and state, demanding it be removed.
